Processing Time All in stock orders are processed within 2-5 business days. All made to order purchases are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

South Africa We offer standard courier door-to-door delivery across South Africa. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days.

International Shipping We ship to over 24 countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and select countries across Europe, Africa, and South America. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via our carrier partner, TUNL. Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available by appointment at our shop in the Watershed, V&A Waterfront. Please contact us to arrange collection.
